Can I Return Merchandise?
Yes! simply ship the merchandise back to us ( we must receive it in the mail ) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original/return shipping and handling fees). Item(s) must be in its original packages and contain a copy of you original order and your complete order ID number. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, you will be credited the appropriate refund amount.
Can I Exchange Merchandise?
Yes! simply ship merchandise back to us ( we must receive it in the mail ) within 30 days of receipt. Also include a note within the package(s) stating that this is an exchange item and include your email address and telephone number. We cannot accept exchanges of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for an exchange, you will be contacted VIA telephone or email.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico is as follows: Order amount: $0-$24.99 Shipping: $4.99, Order amount: $25-$74.99 Shipping: $7.99, Order amount: $75-$149.99 Shipping: $10.99, Order amount: $150-199.99 Shipping: $13.99, Order amount $200+ Shipping: $16.99. (Please contact us if you are from Canada we can quote you some shipping prices please include what you would like to purchase and quantity). Orders received are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After shipping your order, tracking number will be available via the order confirmation e-mail link you received after placing your order. If you did not receive that order confirmation e-mail, check your spam folder or contact us for help. It’s the customers responsibility to supply us with their correct shipping address and email.
